As Director of Operations I organize and oversee the daily operations of our company.  I work to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing our procedures and coaching our team.  I also still work with customers as a large account sales manager.  I am responsible for managing my customer accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities for myself and our team.  Most of all, I enjoy helping our customers achieve success with their projects and helping our team grow professionally and personally. I am a former business owner and I have successfully started, grown and sold several companies.  I did not have any technical experience in IT before taking on my role at Eyep Solutions Inc. It has been an amazing growth opportunity for me and I continue to learn new things every day.  It is an ever-changing industry and it keeps me on my toes.

We have a great team of experienced leaders who are able to work closely with our interns to develop their skills, assist with training and provide real on the job experience to help everyone achieve their goals and success. My current certifications include Axis Certified Professional, Axis Camera Station Specialist, Genetec Certified, and Milestone Certified.  

In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends. We are a very active family with lots of sports (soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading, ballet) camping, fishing, concerts, etc. We are always on the go.
