My name is Rich Timm and I am the Founder and CEO of EYEP Solutions Inc. Since 2007, I have been the head of technology solutions. I also manage company direction, business operations, and am responsible for establishing new markets for business. Day-to-day I work in technical sales and manage our technical staff and implementations. Implementing solutions that solve problems and working with customers that appreciate the effort put forth is what I enjoy most about the work I do. At EYEP Solutions, we have a great team of people who are motivated with a good work ethic and who go the extra mile with their customers and peers they work with. Off the clock I enjoy gardening and hiking.
As Director of Operations I organize and oversee the daily operations of our company. I work to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing our procedures and coaching our team. I also still work with customers as a large account sales manager. I am responsible for managing my customer accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities for myself and our team. Most of all, I enjoy helping our customers achieve success with their projects and helping our team grow professionally and personally. I am a former business owner and I have successfully started, grown and sold several companies. I did not have any technical experience in IT before taking on my role at Eyep Solutions Inc. It has been an amazing growth opportunity for me and I continue to learn new things every day. It is an ever-changing industry and it keeps me on my toes.
