Kicking Off the Olympic Roundtable Series: Insights and Collaboration for 2028

On December 3rd, EyeP Solutions proudly hosted the inaugural Olympic Roundtable at SoFi Stadium—a groundbreaking event uniting industry leaders, government agencies, and technology innovators to strategize for the 2028 Olympics.

The event opened with an inspiring keynote by Frank Ching and Aldon Bordenave Jr. of LA Metro, who shared their visionary insights on transportation and security planning for the Games. Their expertise ignited dynamic discussions among attendees, fostering collaboration on critical issues such as preparedness, safety, and technological innovation.

Attendees were also treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of SoFi Stadium, offering a firsthand look at how premier venues are gearing up for global events like the Olympics. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors—Genetec, Bosch, Extreme Networks, and Ambient.ai—we delivered an impactful experience packed with meaningful networking and forward-thinking conversations.

This event marked the beginning of something bigger: the Olympic Roundtable will now be a quarterly series. We are excited to announce our next event, tentatively scheduled for March 2025 at the historic LA Coliseum. These roundtables will continue to explore innovative solutions and foster collaboration among stakeholders preparing for the 2028 Games.

A heartfelt thank-you goes out to all the individuals and organizations who contributed to the success of our first roundtable. For those interested in joining future events, now is the time to get involved. Together, we can ensure the 2028 Olympics set a global standard for safety, innovation, and collaboration.
